Who we are
This service is operated by MyBuvo Ltd. Questions: hello@mybuvo.co.uk
What data we process
During your session, your conversation messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate responses. We do not store your conversation on our servers. Your conversation exists only in your browser for the duration of your session.
Special category data
The interview may surface information about your health, mental wellbeing, or neurodiversity. This is special category data under Article 9 UK GDPR. We rely on your explicit consent (which you provide before starting) as the lawful basis for processing this data. You can withdraw consent at any time by closing your browser. No special category data is retained after your session ends.
Anthropic as data processor
Your conversation is processed by Anthropic PBC under a Data Processing Agreement. Anthropic may use conversation data to improve safety and reliability per their privacy policy. You can opt out of Anthropic's data use by contacting them directly.
Hosting
The application is hosted on Vercel (a Vercel Inc. service). Standard access logs (IP address, timestamp) may be retained by Vercel for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This service does not use cookies or any analytics tracking. No tracking scripts are loaded.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, and delete your data. As we do not retain your conversation, there is nothing to delete after your session ends. For any data held by Vercel or Anthropic, contact them directly. For anything else, contact hello@mybuvo.co.uk.
Data transfers outside the UK
Anthropic is based in the United States. Your conversation data is transferred to the US for processing under standard contractual clauses.
